A Family Lost Everything In A Fire Last Night

Posted October 8, 2015 By CobdenToday

Fire

Late Wednesday night, October 7, Nelson Shamess, a fellow musician and friend, lost his home in a fire.

Both he and his daughter are safe, but the house is a loss, along with everything inside.

Nelson has proven time and time again that he’s got a huge heart for the community, whether it’s helping organize entertainment for the Relay For Life, or taking on Sab’s annual Thanksgiving Jam community fundraising legacy.

He’s done so much for his community, and now he needs our help more than ever.

Please give what you can and pass this along. Specifics are unclear still, but if there are particular needs they will be added as time goes on. For now, though, we want to come together and help get the big man back on his feet as soon as possible.

It’s going to be a long road, but we can all help him along it.

Donations can be given here:  Lets Help Today

Thank you so much for your support!
