Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man. 62 year-old Randy Clouthier was last seen in the Pembroke area. He is described as being 5’10 with greying hair, bald on top, glasses and weighing roughly 215 pounds. Clouthier was last seen driving a black 2003 Suzuki XL7. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
