Chef Shane Legree is a graduate of the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu International Culinary Institute. After stepping back and realizing that great food comes from the heart, he opened Lakeview Deli & Meatery. By taking classic dishes and transforming them into delicious creations, he truly believes that what you see is what you get.
